The spotlight will be on the E71, the best interpreter of master coffee artists, designed for baristas and coffee specialists. An extraordinary combination of iconic design devised by Giugiaro Design, innovative technology and traditional features, the E71 allows baristas to express their art. Additionally, many coffee gurus will perform coffee-related activities on the stand (Hall D1, booth 077):  Davide Roveto, a Faema lover and successful young barista who specializes in brewing, will talk about alternative filter coffee, extraction and infusion. Rossella Musarra, Italian Aeropress Champion 2017, will illustrate the techniques and secrets of this alternative extraction method. Giuseppe Fiorini, Italian Latte Art Champion 2016, will perform on the stand, creating complex latte art designs with the E71 and illustrating the basic techniques for creating them. Alessandro Giammatteo, winner of the Aicaf ‘Gran Premio’ and first in the Barista category, will talk about Coffee in Good Spirits and will present different recipes for coffee-based cocktails.
