The wait is over: official launch of the FAEMA E71 at the SCAA in Seattle!
April 20-23, Seattle will host the Global Specialty Coffee Expo, one of the world of coffee's most important international events. This year SCAA will also host the final of the United States Barista Championships.
This important event has been chosen to launch the FAEMA E71, a unique machine, able to combine the best technological solutions with the elegant, striking shapes of a new design. The FAEMA E71, "the best interpreter of master coffee artists", will be shown to baristas from all over the world.
At the SCAA the public will be able to try the distinctive characteristics of the latest arrival in the FAEMA family for the first time in United States, such as the possibility to work both with a manual lever and a touchscreen system (absolute news in the field of professional espresso machines). The machine will also allow to set different infusion and coffee brewing cycles.
MUMAC Academy, the Cimbali Group's Coffee Machine Academy in collaboration with F+B Therapy have prepared an exciting series of special taste experience events and activities: MASTER OF EXTRACTION:
Laws of Extraction
Creating the optimal extraction curve using the E71 and exploring the impact of pre-infusion over espresso extraction.
Water is 98% of coffee: cupping at different water profiles to experience the difference water makes in the cup.
Deconstructing an espresso blend through a sensory experience of individual blend components and the final synthesis of the blend.
